AMBASSADOR
PROGRAM

Ambassadors are volunteers who have pledged to promote Pickleball Ontario in the local area they have applied to represent. They may be individuals or couples working as a team. The main prerequisite is a love of Pickleball and the desire to share our game with people of all ages. 

The Pickleball Ontario Board will approve all applications for the Ambassador Program.

ROLE OF ONTARIO AMBASSADORS

The primary responsibility of an Ambassador is to be the local representative for Pickleball Ontario and all activities related to pickleball within the area they represent.

They will:

1.

Promote & solicit memberships for Pickleball Ontario.

2.

Assist in advising players with relevant information, such as rules changes, upcoming tournaments and other important information.

3.

Assist Pickleball Ontario Board in planning and running tournaments and other duties as requested.

4.

Help maintain the Pickleball Ontario Places to Play site by providing updates to the coordinator.
